After one wrong payment photos won´t appear on computer!

I had changed my Cards so one payment to Apple didn´t go through, I fixed this and now I pay every month, still the photos I take With my iPhone 5 won´t upload to my computer. They appear fine in iCloud.com but they won´t go automaticlly to my computer. Why? This worked fine before the misspayment. All the settings are in the same Place! What to do?
