after i upgraded to OS X El Capitan, my mac is not working at all and have some messages appear. feels like there is no system at all. i have photos of the messages how can i upload it to see ?

At the top of the reply text box there is the menu bar. If you click on the Camera icon you then navigate to the images you want to post and then complete the reply normally.
