Safari 9.0 with Outlook Web App won't allow "Reply"

Running El Capitan with Safari 9.0. Using Outlook Web App, I am unable to "Reply" to an email. works fine in Firefox but not on Safari 9.0 Anyone have a fix?

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11)
