Q: How to unlock apple ID

Kindly to get an advise from you and apple support team that I purchased from my friend's iphone 6 plus (IMEI: 354378064576293). But before he gave me the phone he erased everything from his icloud. He forgot his apple id and his password to pass me. I didn't meet with him when I'd taken that phone from his home with power off state. But now he is working at other country not in Myanmar. I couldn't get any contact from him. How could I solve this? Kindly advise me please. Thank you.

Hi
He needs to find out the Apple id that iPhone is locked to passed owner
Needs to contact Apple at iforgot.apple.com
Then delete iPhone from his find my iPhone list .
Only if this his done can iPhone be set up with your Apple ID
If you cannot get in touch him iphone will never work for you.
