I don't use iPhoto and Photo Booz folders. Can I safely delete it, without loosing data in Photo folder?

There is no iPhoto folder, do you mean Library? If so, yes. Photo Booth has nothing to do with either application.
I mean this folders:
iPhoto and Photo Booth were deleted months ago.
That's not the Finder, it's the Media Browser and those are not Folders, but shortcuts that point to your Libraries.
Then, why it eats space on my HDD? 7Gb it too much 😟
Not sure what you're asking here. You showed me a screenshot of a Media Browser and talk about folders. I point out that what it is and that it wasn't the Finder.
Next show a screenshot from the Finder and ask why the Library takes up so much space. That's easy. Because you have that many photos. Anything else, I believe I answered in my first post.

We see folders for iPhoto and for Photo. The only what I'm using -- Photo. Can I safely delete iPhoto's folder without getting lost anything from the list, which can be seen in Photo app?
