I'm confused.

From the Hardware info:

Number of Processors: 1

Total Number of Cores: 2

When I activate the Activity Monitor Dock Icon 'Show CPU Usage' I get an icon with 4 monitors. None of the 4 monitors show full usage.

In the Activity Monitor window one process show usage around 100% While the summary at the bottom of the page show system ~10% user ~20% and idle ~70%

Which info is incorrect and if it is really 70% idle how do I get the process to run on full power?
