Invalid sibling link in raid 1

Quad 2.5 Powermac G5

OS X Server 10.5.8 unlimited client

12 gb ram

Rocketraid 2320

I have a raid 1 array that went critical. I noticed it when one partition failed to mount. Disk Warrior can see the non mounted partition but fails to repair it throwing a "invalid sibling link error." My even log kept pointing at the drive on channel 5 but the drive on channel 6 was the one that is disabled. Highpoint support suggested replacing 6 anyway with a brand new drive but the new drive also failed to rebuild with the event log blaming channel 5. Meanwhile, I threw the original drive 6 in an usb enclosure and was able to get more information of it directly then I had managed to scavenge from the Drive on 5. I didn't even think I should be able to read data off a raided drive but I was able to drag and drop about 40 gb of additional data.

How can I attempt to fix the partition table so I can attempt to rebuild again?

PowerMac, Mac OS X (10.5.5)
