I can't find Ken Burns!!!

Im new on using iMovie I have the latest update both OS X (10.11.1) Beta and iMovie (10.0.9)
My issue is that I can't find the effect Ken Burns even after following the help topics and some youtube tutorial,, look the screen shot and you will get what I mean
