I assume the AirPort device is not cover by a blanket or anything. I'd suggest to factory default reset and reconfigure your device.

I'm going to try and get it to the store and hopefully they can do something for me even though it appears to be out of warranty. I would think a router this expensive should last well beyond 2 years given I had an old Linksys that still works and it's going on 10.
