tried to reset my watch.

i wanted to reset my watch this morning as I wanted to connect my watch to the new iPhone. But, after I did a reset on the watch, it is not restarting. Instead, the apple logo appears for about 10 seconds and then disappears. I tried recharging it again to check if it was due to lack of charge, but the same behaviour continues. I also tried doing a force restart, but it is not working.
