Phishing email

Hi, I received what I now think is a phishing email today, but stupidly put my login details into the website before realising... I have now changed my passwords, but not sure what else to do. My laptop, which is brand new, also froze tonight. Could I have a virus? What should I do?

Ps. I also just ran two virus scans using Avast and ClamXav and they both came up saying no infected files (although Avast said there were 15 files which were unable to be scanned), are these reliable?
