ipad 3 blank and is not respond

my ipad (3 gen 32 GB wifi only) IS BLANK after update ,all button is not responsive, sound "tung"coming when charger is plugging, I tried to reboot (presing home button and power button at same time for 10 second) still is not responding, What is happening????
