no iCloud back up showing for my new 6 from 5s

I Backed up my iPhone 5s and it took about an hour or more. It says last back up as correct time. I'm trying to restore a new iPhone 6 to the cloud. When I get to the step to pick from which device to back up, it only sees my iPa. The backup from the 5s is not showing. It's been 12 hours since I backed up. NO
