Turn off shuffle?
I have an iPhone 5C with ios 9.0.2 and I cannot for the life of me get the shuffle to turn OFF in iTunes. Can someone please help?

In the Music app on your phone (I assume that you mean Music, not the iTunes store app) the currently playing song should show at the bottom of the screen, tap that to make the track full-screen and below it there should be a shuffle icon, tap that to turn it off, and tap the downward-pointing arrow top left to minimise the track.
