Q: Apple Pay

A merchant said I had to sign the credit card purchase terminal to finalize an Apple Pay transaction.  I assume this is not required but they say it is their policy.  What's up here?

If you try to use Apple Pay and experience problems with staff knowledge or merchant processes, report it to Apple here:

The feedback form enables you to report problems with specific merchants, locations and transactions, so is helpful in enabling Apple to investigate and address any issues raised.
