Facetime doesn't work while I am on wifi,I cannot connect to any computer or laptop to charge my phone or download,my phone keeps telling me I need more storage to save when I have plenty of storage and my apps and internet quit working in the middle of operating them.

Try a forced restart: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the restart.
Didn't fix any of the problems.

The problem with this is my phone will not connect to any computer since the last update. It won't charge or allow me to transfer information. It won't even show that it's connected. This didn't happen after the 9.0 or 9.0.1,it happened after the 9.0.2 update.
Do an iCloud back up, then go to settings App > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. During the set up process you will be prompted to restore from iCloud. You will need a WiFi connection for this.
