iPhone disappear in Wifi sync

My iPhone has Wifi sync turned on. When I launch iTunes it would should up, but if I try to send files over or sync it would disappear from the devices list. I tried to delete the backups on the iTunes but its no use. It works fine if it was . iPhone 6, latest iTunes software and iOS on 10.9.5
