When I open safari to access iCloud I only get the setup page. How do I get to the dashboard from my iPhone like I can on my Mac?

ON the webpage for iCloud, it gives the options of setting up my phone, finding my phone, or finding my friends. I want to see what's been backed up so I can delete photos. Not just from my iPhone but in storage To free up some space. I can see everything from my iMac. Just not on my iPhone. Thank you for your support.
