How to change video quality with quicktime player

Hello,

New to the community.

I am running an iMac with OS 10.10.3 Yosemite.

I am trying to create a screen capture using Quicktime player 10.4.

I do not have an option to change video quality. The only options I have are Microphone and Options?

Any suggestions?

What qualities are you trying to change? Have you explored the options under File -> Export?
