I tried to restart my mac doesn't work.
I can't go to any mac apps since it turned into a windows.😟
I am trying a anti-virus (pretty sure it doesn't work)
I tried searching on the internet I am the only 1 with this problem.

It's most likely the anti virus software that's causing the problems.
If you can't boot into OS X, boot in Safe Mode then uninstall the anti virus software following the anti virus developers instructions on their website.
When you are done uninstalling the software in Safe Mode, go to the Apple menu. From the drop down menu click: Restart

Did you install Windows directly into your Mac from a DVD, without using Apple's Boot Camp utility?
