Clicking on link to certain website always directs me to app store

I am using an I phone 5s running IOS 9.0.2 I have recently noticed that every time I click on a link to The Spectator Magazine I am directed to the app store; not always the same app. I can no longer read this publication on my i phone. My i pad is unaffected.

What can I do o stop this?
