Facetime camera not working

Problems with other user seeing me when I face time them using my Ipad

They can hear me but they cannot see me.

I can see them and hear them

My photo is in square at top of screen on my ipad but they cannot see me

I.ve done a reset

Ive turned wi fi on and off

I.ve tried lots of combinations

Still stuck with only audio to person I am calling or are calling me.

Camera works both ways for taking pictures.

I downloaded IOS 9 the other day

I can facetime from my phone no problems.

Haven't updated phone to IOS 9.02
