iMac Graphic Issue - Crashes

I'm having this major issue with my iMac (Mid 2011). My computer "freezes" forcing me to restart it by long-pressing power button, then, after 10-15 minutes of running normally it crashes again showing a flashing/glitched screen

I took it to a Macstore, they test it and restore it, everything was fine and they were able to create a backup, until the return it to me, after 3-4 hours of normal use, it happened again. Im getting tired of this issue, any ideas on what should it be?

Sometimes if I'm playing a track in iTunes, the music goes on (2 seconds or less loops), but the screen just goes crazy .

I uploaded a video on youtube showing this error, hope it helps:

Please post an EtreCheckreport of your system in your next post. Please click on the link, download the app and run the report. When the results come up, copy and paste them to your reply and we can then look for obvious issues causing your problem.

Thank you for all your replies, they have been really helpful.

I guess that's our end, the recovery partition cannot start. I managed to select the Recovery Partition by pressing the Option key, but it just stays at an apple logo.

WAIT...

While i was writing this "last" message, the system booted normally, meanwhile im running EtreCheck.. It`s really weird. Let me just reply to you on an other message the diagnostic. What the heck is going on!?
