so i followed the instructions do update to el capitan... i went to the app store clicked download on el capitan and it says "waiting" on my launch pad it says paused and i cannot get it to resume or start please help
iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
any luck finding the answer
Go to launch pad and delete the the icon. When I did that I was able to restart the download.
