Does anyone have a proper solution for this. I know you can use the icloud sync tool for windows and sync from other browsers but I just want safari on my mac and safari on my windows machines to sync. That's it. No other browser syncing. Is this not possible? Thanks.
On your Mac open System Preferences > iCloud then select Safari. That will sync your bookmarks between devices.

Apple has not written Safari for Windows for years. iCloud only syncs bookmarks on Internet Explorer for Windows.
