icloud.com calendar not going to current time when opened

When the iCloud calendar is opened it always starts at 00:00.

I noticed on a different, but totally identical PC, that it goes to the current time of day. ie 9am, 13:30, 18:15 etc.

Is there any settings I missed to enable a 'current time' view?
