My wife’s iPad is still running iOS 7.1.2.
If I tap Settings > General > Software Update I see an invitation to download and install iOS 9.0.2. However, at the top of the page, it states “iOS 9.0.2 Apple Inc. 1.2 KB”. What is the 1.2 KB referring to? It just cannot be the size of iOS 9.0.2.

Yesterday, I visited my local Apple store and spoke with one of their technical people. He claimed that the "1.2 KB" in the software update description is simply a defect and it should read "1.2 GB". That makes a lot more sense to me.
