problems seeing webpage with iOS9

Since the upgrade, i'm not able to see some webpages completely.

One of those is highly needed: www.fpa.pt

Other iphones with iOS8 can view it correctly, but seems the problem is identical in macbooks, if we use Safari.

Any ideas? I'm kind of desperate with this...
