How do I stop web sites from defaulting to /xcode?

I have removed /xcode/ from the Index Files list all web servers (including both default "Server Website" sites) in the OS X Server user interface, and have restarted the web service for good measure. Yet when I attempt to view the main page of one of my servers, I am automatically taken to http://hostname/xcode.

I have verified that the index file was successfully removed from /Library/Server/Web/Config/apache2/sites/*.

I have looked at the Xcode section of OS X Server user interface and didn't see anything that looked helpful there.

What am I missing?

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
