Enroll error

Hello,

I tried to enroll on https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/ but it gives an error.

The error is:

Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time.

You can still develop apps and test them on iOS devices using the beta version of Xcode. Learn more >.

Do I have to wait a few days?

(I live in Belgium)

I hope someone can help me!
