Connect to Game Center

Since the iOS 9 update, I cannot connect to Game Center on my iPad...I have tried restarting and hard resetting...the Game Center app doesn't even load...anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it...i have used my "one free support call" before this (which is kind of stupid, I think) and can't afford to pay for another service call. Any help would be appreciated!
