can't send pictures messages to people without an iPhone m
i try to send pictures to people who don't have an iPhone and it keeps say not delivered and it won't send
iPhone 6s, iOS 9.0.2
If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Double check that MMS is turned on in message settings.
All else fails you will need to contact your cell phone provider to resolve the issue as MMS is a carrier feature.
