Run the test.
Results?
I did this , and it keeps asking for restarting the router , and i did but no progress .
That does not helped me .

You tried all the suggestions in the links I posted and not one of them worked? You need to provide details and your results other than "that does not helped me." What is "that?"
If you have Apple Care, call them. Read the user manual that came with your router and call the manufacturer if need be. Or go to their customer support website. Call your ISP. YOu need to rule them out also.
I have no other suggestions to offer. Maybe others can help you out further.
