9.0.2 not updating apps

Hi,

I updated my iPhone 5s recently to iOS 9.0.2. My problem arose shortly thereafter.

When I go to the app store to update my apps, the update doesn't load; rather, the loading circle endlesslygoes round and round. I am connected to wifi and the wifi works fine for other things. I don't know if this is a problem with the new iOS or with my Apple account, or something else.

Has anyone else encountered this problem or does anyone have any resolutions?

I actually think it might have something to do with my Apple Account because I tried signing out and back in to my iTunes account on my iPhone and it says "cannot connect to iTunes account" even though I have a good wifi connection.

Has anyone else encountered this problem or does anyone have any resolutions?

You can test you account on iTunes on your computer.

If it works fine, on your iPhone, Settings > App and iTunes Stores > Touch your Apple ID > Sign Out

Restart your iPhone

Sign in your Apple ID in Settings > App and iTunes Stores

Return to App Store

Check your updates (You can restart app store by touching Updates section 10 times (Very fast))
