Q: Downloading Music
I recently switched to Apple Music....everything went well...then I tried to download the music to the device (iPhone 4s IOS 9.0.2,) that did not go well and after numerous attempts I found that the only way to download to the device is one song at a time. Am I doing something wrong? Surely there is a more convenient way of downloading music.
iPhone 4S, iOS 9.0.2

Howdy sam614,
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.
I see from your post that you're trying to make music available offline from Apple Music. As you found out you can make single songs available offline, but also entire albums and playlists. For help with this process I suggest that you follow through the steps outlined below.
Save songs, albums, and playlists to listen offline
You can save songs, albums, or playlists to listen to when you're not connected to the Internet.* You must save songs, albums, or playlists on each device that you want to use for offline listening.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
- In the Music app, find the item that you want to save.
- Tap the More Options icon
to the right of the song, album, or playlist name.
- Tap Make Available Offline.
Songs and albums appear under My Music > Library. Playlists appear under My Music > Playlists.
On your Mac or PC:
- In iTunes, find the item that you want to save in the My Music or Playlists tab. You can't save items to listen to offline from the iTunes Store.
- Click the cloud icon to the right of the song's name, on the album cover, or to the right of the playlist's name.
Songs and albums appear under the My Music tab. Playlists appear in the Playlists tab, under Apple Music Playlists in the sidebar.
You can view just songs, albums, playlists that you saved for offline listening:
- iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: In the My Music tab, tap Library. Then tap any of the different views (Artists, Albums, etc.), and enable Music Available Offline.
- Mac: In iTunes, from the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose View > Only Music Available Offline.
- Windows: Press Control + B on your keyboard to open the iTunes menu bar. Choose View > Only Music Available Offline.

Have a good one.
