i have a case number that i want to follow up
so i try to chat with some one about it
but every time i reach the chat window, it won't open, it appears like blank but can't open
so I want to know, what's the problem

Try another browser, then. FireFox is a good choice.
When you need help with anything Windows related then you should post in one of the Windows forums. You posted in the Apple Support general forum. So a natural conclusion is that you are using an Apple computer. 🙂 Especially, because you did not mention you were using Windows in your post. Just a thought for the next time.
Open Safari preferences and select Security from the toolbar. Uncheck the Pop-up Blocker. See if that helps.
but i use window operating system with opera as a browser

use a different browser - many fine ones avaiiable - I prefer Firefox
