Iphone 5s ios 9.0.2 calls contacts on its own

The issue is that my Iphone 5s with updated ios of 9.0.2. was laying on the table with locked display, when suddenly I just see how it starts to dial my contact. Now what is that? And how to deal with it? Is it data stealing by the new ios, technical issue or it is time to believe in ghosts? 🙂 Thank You!
