Can Apple repair my iphone 5 charger port without resetting it?

You'll need to ask them. Some Apple Stores do repairs. I had my speaker repaired and it didn't require restoring my phone. However, the repair wasn't successful and they had to swap my phone anyway. But, you may get lucky.

Once you get your phone repaired, start backing it up regularly. If you use iCloud, it will back up your phone while it's charging at night as long as it's connected to WiFi.
