I heard about exchange of an apple devices, how does it work?
as an example I have a macbook air about 2011 years product, and i would like to exchange to another new version, with extra pay of course, so can i do it?

Apple does not do exchanges. They will recycle your device for you and in some case you will get a fraction of its value in the form of a gift card. But you are likely to get more money for it if you sell it out right.
