Photo Synch on Wifi Ipad

Hello,

I take lots of photographs for inspections of properties and leasing on my mini-ipads. I want to make sure that the moment the ipad hits Wifi it syncs to the source. I have been trying to utilize dropbox and Icloud photos options. Unfortunately it looks like it never starts automatically and I have to manually remember to start the sync. Is there any option anywhere that would allow for the synching to start automatically the moment the ipad is on wifi? (this is causing a lot of trouble for me 😟 )
