My Apple TV box will not play shows on Netflix, it comes up with an error message. I have tried logging out and back in, turning the box off and on again and it still won't play anything. It's not an error with the internet connection as everything else works such as now TV and it's not an error with Netflix as it will play shows when I use it on my phone. how do I fix this??

What is the error?
That will indicate a network issue, other things working won't rule that out
Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - general - network)
If on wifi try Ethernet
Reboot ATV and router
