how i activate my iphone which is icloud lock and i dont have the previous owner info(icloud id

This is Rezaul from Bangladesh, I got a I phone 5s from omy boss. But when I open it it asking for Icloud ID and password for activate the device.

I dont have the previous owner icloud id and password

Can any one help me how I can activate the phone

You can’t, and Apple won’t unlock that device for you; the activation lock is an anti-theft measure. Ask your boss to either find the person who set the lock, or its original owner, or give you a different iPhone.
