Apple ID

My Apple ID is disabled but the problem i have forgot my password from my (hotmail) E-Mail. I can´t go to the message to reset the password.

4. Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses - Apple Support

5. If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support
