iphone 5 apps wont synch to itunes

Im trying to update my new iphone 6 with all apps on my iphone 6. I have synched my 5 with itunes, ticked transfer purchases but some apps not in my itunes library. Other apps have transferred to my new 6 but not the latest version currently on my 5. Help!
