Q: Why does icloud still show usage after all backups are deleted

I've deleted all of the backups from my iCloud storage, but it still shows 1.9 GB used. Picture attached. How do I free up that 1.9GB of space?!?!?Screen Shot 2015-10-08 at 4.10.11 PM.png
