Disabling Japanese Keyboard?

Is there any way to disable the Japanese keyboard in ios 9.0.1? I would like to be able to just open and close emojies but I always have to deal with the Japanese Keyboard too, because they are both opened by the little globe on the keyboard. I went to general settings and keyboard but I didn't find anything allowing me to disable it.

Never mind I figured it out. Now is there any way to delete posts in the community? Wanted to delete this one but can't figure out how.
