Standard browser keeps opening (hundres of) new tabs with FB login page

Not a question but maybe a solution: Safari took over my macbook, constantly opening new tabs in the browser with the Facebook login page. When I managed to change to FireFox as the standard browser the same thing started to happen there. When I looked in Little Snitch what was running I discovered 'Loop' Opening the details revealed that this app had to do with VOX.APP. Deleting (expired trial) Vox.app solved the problem.
