Network Connection Timed Out

I work on a computer that is on and off a network connection regularly. To be more specific, my computer is sometimes behind a firewall that actively blocks my iTunes connection.


I have subscribed to Apple Music and have made many of the tracks available offline. However, when I try to play those track from behind the firewall I constantly get a popup: "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The network connection timed out."


When I connect to the internet outside the firewall, all is well again and I can listen without interruption.


Is there any way to stop the error from occurring?

Windows 7, iTunes 12.3.0.44 64 Bit
