Unable to download item message

i. Keep getting this message. Trouble is I don't know what is not downloading and I can't stop it appearing. Went to Apple store and there was nobody able to Help. All busy. Need appointment. i so want to stay with Apple but these poor experiences make me want to get a Samsung. Please help!
