I just got my replacement MacBook Pro yesterday but overtime i try to download the Dictation it takes forever! And when I try to download OS X EL Captain it just keep saying paused. I tried to download this more time 10 time now! help

Here, enter this Open DNS servers into your network setting.
208.67.222.222

Go in system preferences < Network < Advanced < DNS tab and Enter these servers in the DNS servers list.
Quite Safari, restart your macbook and try downloading OS X El Capitan again.
